Snapshot 18w43a is the first of the Minecraft 1.14 the Village And Pillage Update.
It introduces the new Illager Beast and Pillager mobs! Bamboo forests have been added where Pandas reside. A new weapon the crossbow comes with Multishot, Piercing & Quick Charge enchantments. New dyes, flowers and decorative blocks grace the game as well as new textures for all blocks! There is also a Suspicious Stew and Loom to craft banners!
